The solution trusted by Australia’s busiest hiring teams
Here’s how it works
"Recruitment and HR being able to trigger and see everything from inside Dayforce, without another platform in the mix, is what makes this work for us. Everything we need comes through automatically."
Jim Berwick, HR System Specialist, City Facilities ManagementStay across visa changes from hire to last day
Checking VEVO once at hire isn’t enough. CheckWorkRights tracks every visa, sends alerts the moment something changes, and manages recollection if a visa expires or a new one is issued, so your team doesn’t have to chase it.
CheckWorkRights is the only Australian compliance provider built and run by a Registered Migration Agent, so you meet legislative requirements with certainty, not guesswork.

Frequently Asked Questions
What check types are supported through this integration?
Right to Work for Australians and VEVO checks. We’re in the process of expanding this. Follow us on LinkedIn for updates.
Can I add custom check types?
CheckWorkRights supports custom checks via CheckBuilder™. Talk to us about bringing a custom workflow into your Dayforce setup via our open API, including RSA, bankruptcy, professional licences, industry certifications, or working with children checks.
Do I need to log into a separate system to see the VEVO check results and visa conditions?
No. Results and visa conditions sync back to Dayforce, so HR and TA teams see everything they need inside the candidate’s profile.
Does the system handle ongoing compliance, or just pre-employment?
Beyond the initial check, our system provides real-time visa monitoring. For candidates who are hired, via expiries and conditions are continuously monitored, ensuring your workforce remains compliant long after the initial hire. Any alerts or expiries are surfaced via email reports.
What if I am using a different systems for recruitment and/or rostering?
No problem. CheckWorkRights covers the whole employee lifecycle, so if you’re using other platforms for recruitment or rostering, you can connect them through CheckWorkRights and keep data accurate across every system. You can also add Document Verification Service (DVS) as a verification layer on your Right to Work checks. DVS confirms Australian passports, birth certificates, and citizenship certificates against government records, then sends verified name and date of birth data to HR, payroll, or your ATS.
Is CheckWorkRights a Dayforce partner?
Yes, CheckWorkRights is a Dayforce partner.
How does CheckWorkRights ensure data security and privacy?
CheckWorkRights is built with privacy and compliance at its core. The platform collects only the minimum personal information needed to conduct right to work checks, and never stores visa details beyond what’s required. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted based on user roles and permissions.
See here for more detail on data privacy.
