Monitor Progress
Monitor real-time progress with check status updates pushed to PageUp. Automated reminders and follow-ups to the candidate are managed by CheckWorkRights.
Review Results
Get notified when checks are complete and view detailed outcomes for each check type within the candidate record in PageUp. Click ‘View the Report’ to view results in CheckWorkRights.

Is this integration available to all PageUp customers?
Yes. Any PageUp customer with API access enabled can use this integration. API credentials are provided by PageUp’s Customer Success team upon request. CWR supports clients with the initial configuration and setup process.
Do clients need to configure anything in PageUp?
Yes, minimal setup is required. Clients must ensure the package codes in PageUp align with those defined in CheckWorkRights.
Can we test this in a sandbox environment before going live?
Yes. CheckWorkRights provides a dedicated staging environment. We recommend using this in conjunction with a PageUp test instance to validate the end-to-end flow prior to production deployment.
How does CheckWorkRights ensure data security and privacy?
CheckWorkRights is built with privacy and compliance at its core. The platform collects only the minimum personal information needed to conduct right to work checks, and never stores visa details beyond what’s required. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted based on user roles and permissions.
