Workday Recruitment

When a background check is triggered in Workday, the CheckWorkRights tab becomes your window on progress.

After making the request, CheckWorkRights manages everything — collecting documents from the candidate, running the required checks, and sending reminders to candidates who haven’t completed their checks. Updates and results appear instantly back in Workday, giving recruiters full visibility at every step.

Not using Workday for recruitment? No problem. CheckWorkRights integrates with other ATS platforms and syncs seamlessly back into Workday HCM.

Workday HCM

As soon as an employee is onboarded in Workday HCM, the CheckWorkRights tab takes over: automatically monitoring visas, licences, and qualifications. Automated alerts notify employees and managers of upcoming renewals, and expired documents are flagged before they become a risk.

In addition to the new CheckWorkRights tab, Visas are updated in the Workday Visa table, passports are added to the passports table, and any document added in CheckWorkRights can be pushed into Workday.

After go-live, you will have continued access to both the Mivada and CWR teams to support your success. Mivada will take the lead on any configuration updates or integration-related questions, while our team at CWR is always available to assist with anything related to the CWR platform itself.

Maintenance & Compatibility:
