How to tell if employees have received, read or clicked on emails
You can view an employees interaction with all automated emails sent by CheckWorkRights after navigating to an employee’s individual record, using either the search and filters on the ‘Employee’ page in the sidebar tab or selecting one of the status groups on the ‘Dashboard’ page in the sidebar tab and clicking ‘View’ next to their name.
On their individual record, select the ‘Emails’ tab at the top of the screen to view a complete log of every email sent to this employee by CheckWorkRights.
Every email has three possible flags next to it; received, read and clicked. These appear green when completed.
