Interpreting the CheckVax Dashboard

Any employee whose vaccination status you’ve requested will be displayed in the Covid 19 Vaccination Status section on the CheckWorkRights Dashboard. The varying status’ an employees vaccination can fall into are outlined below:

Awaiting response

These employees have been sent an email asking to verify their vaccine status, but they have yet to complete the upload process.

1 Dose and 2 Dose

Tracks employees who have had their first or second dose of the vaccine, but have not yet had a booster.

Booster Eligible

This is an optional and configurable status. If the Booster Eligible status is turned on for the organisation or specific business sites, employees enter this status when a certain number of days has passed since their second dose. The number of days that have passed since the second dose is configurable upon request and is a decision internal to each business.

Booster Overdue

This is an optional and configurable status. If the Booster Overdue status is turned on for the organisation or specific business sites, employees enter this status when a certain number of days has passed since their second dose. The number of days that have passed since the second dose is configurable upon request and is a decision internal to each business.

Current Booster

Employees with this status have an up to date booster and are not eligible or overdue for their next one.

Not Vaccinated – Personal Choice

These employees have responded to the request for verification of vaccination. However, their response is that they have not been vaccinated due to a personal choice. It is up to each business to decide how to address employees in this category.

Not Vaccinated – Exemption

Employees with this status have submitted a legitimate Australian government-issued medical exemption when asked to provide verification of their vaccination status.
